Daily Updates - How does that work?

Every day, we call back to your Salesforce instance and look for three things: 

  1. New records which were added the previous day 
  2. Previously unmatched records, specifically looking for changes in the standard object fields. For example, if a record was previously unmatched and today, an address or website was added to the record. We recognize the data in a field (used for matching) was added so we will pull that record and attempt to match to the Infogroup data. 
  3. Infogroup Updates - We look at the daily updates in Infogroup data, and if any of the fields you license have changed, we will sync that record and push the updated record data into the Infogroup Custom Object inside the record.
